Terms of Business

Last updated: [DATE PLACEHOLDER]

1. Scope

These Terms of Business apply to all commercial enquiries and engagements with Winner World Trade Ltd ("we", "us", "our") relating to freight forwarding, warehousing, packing & labelling, transport, import & distribution, and product sourcing services (together, the "Services").

2. B2B Only

Our Services are offered exclusively to registered businesses ("Clients") for commercial purposes. We do not offer these Services to individual consumers.

3. Enquiries & Quotes

Submitting an enquiry (by email or contact form) does not create a binding agreement. Quotes are provided based on the information the Client supplies and are subject to confirmation once full details are reviewed. [PLACEHOLDER: state quote validity period, e.g. "Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated."]

4. Product Sourcing Fees

Product Sourcing is a paid service. Any sourcing fee will be agreed with the Client in writing before work begins. No sourcing fee is payable without prior agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about goods, quantities, origin, destination and any regulatory requirements (such as licences, permits or restricted goods). We are not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Client.

6. Third-Party Carriers & Facilities

Where Services involve arranging carriage, storage or handling through third-party hauliers, carriers, warehouses or suppliers, our role is to coordinate and arrange these services. [PLACEHOLDER: clarify liability position — e.g. whether you act as agent, principal, or under standard trading conditions such as BIFA/RHA terms, and confirm with a solicitor which applies to your business model.]

7. Restricted & Prohibited Goods

We do not move [PLACEHOLDER: list any excluded goods — the example service content on this site currently excludes meat from Transport services]. We reserve the right to decline any movement that is unsuitable for the route, product or carrier involved.

8. Payment Terms

[PLACEHOLDER: state payment terms — e.g. invoicing frequency, payment due period, accepted payment methods, and consequences of late payment.]

9. Cancellations

[PLACEHOLDER: state your cancellation policy for confirmed bookings or sourcing engagements.]

10. Limitation of Liability

[PLACEHOLDER: this section needs solicitor input — it should define the extent of our liability for loss, damage or delay, and reference any industry-standard trading conditions that apply.]

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL] or the relevant service team listed on our Contact page.
